1. About Wimou Studios
Wimou Studios is an independent clothing brand based in Los Angeles, California. We offer intentionally designed garments through both pre-order (made-to-order with a production timeline) and pre-made inventory (in-stock and ready to ship). Each release is produced in limited quantities to maintain quality and exclusivity.
2. Pre-Orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders, meaning production begins after the order is placed.
Estimated timeline: 5–7 weeks total (4–5 weeks production + 1–2 weeks shipping/fulfillment).
Timelines may extend due to manufacturer delays, high-volume periods, or logistics issues.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this timeline. Chargebacks related to pre-order wait times are considered invalid.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm that all payment and shipping information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
5. Product Pricing & Availability
Pricing, product details, and availability may change without notice.
If an error occurs (pricing, inventory, etc.), we will contact you to update, replace, or cancel your order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates, including those provided by carriers, are not guaranteed—especially for pre-orders.
Customers are responsible for entering and verifying the correct shipping address. Wimou Studios is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
7. Return Policy
All sales are final.
Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for review within 7 days of delivery. Clear photo evidence is required. For full details, see our Return Policy.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks filed for legitimate pre-orders or valid transactions are considered fraudulent.
Wimou Studios reserves the right to dispute and pursue necessary action in cases of chargeback abuse.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, logos, and site content are the property of Wimou Studios.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Wimou Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or site.
By using our site, you agree to indemnify Wimou Studios against claims resulting from misuse, breach of terms, or unauthorized activity.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, specifically applicable to Los Angeles County.

14. Limited Pre-Orders
Limited pre-order items typically ship 2–3 weeks faster than standard pre-orders.
