Wimou Studios produces both pre-order pieces crafted on demand and pre-made items ready to ship. Processing times may vary.

2. Pre-Order Production & Shipping

Pre-order garments require 5–7 weeks to complete (4–5 weeks of production followed by 1–2 weeks of fulfillment and transit).

Because each pre-order is made specifically for you, delays are possible.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to this full timeline. Chargebacks within this window are invalid.

3. Limited Batch Pre-Orders

Select drops include limited-run pre-orders, typically 2–3 weeks faster than standard production. Purchasing during these windows secures your position in the batch. All pre-order terms still apply.

4. Pre-Made Shipping

Pre-made items dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Domestic shipping averages 4–5 business days after fulfillment.

5. International Delivery

International shipments generally arrive in 5–12 business days, though customs processing may extend delivery times.

6. Shipping Costs

All rates are calculated in real time at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Wimou Studios is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For packages lost in transit or delivered damaged, contact support@wimou.com. Our team will assist by coordinating with the carrier.
