Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@wimou.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange either a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.

Requirements for Approved Returns

• Item must be unworn and unused

• All original tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact

• Items returned without approval will not be accepted
